EFFECT: Two matchboxes, both full of matches, and a playing card are freely shown. One matchbox is pushed open and placed on the table. The other matchbox is placed end to end with the one on the table. The playing card is inserted between them. The open box is closed, and at the same time, the closed box opens! This business can be repeated as often as desired. Apparently ‘ something’ is penetrating the card, but no, the boxes can be separated to show between the boxes, and still the trick works!
